Do I have to make an appointment? |
An appointment is best, but not required. People who make appointments have a guaranteed tattoo or piercing time. Walk-ins get what is available. If there is no availability, we can make you an appointment. |
How do I make an appointment? |
You need to come in the shop and put down at least a $50 deposit. We need to know what design you want so we know how much time to book for you. Also, if your design is a custom piece, we'll need time to draw it for you. |
How do I make an appointment if I live out of state or out of the Salt Lake Valley area? |
Call us at (801) 268-6789 and we will help you with your appointment. |
Can I bring my own design? |
Yes, you can bring in your own design. |
Do you tattoo minors? |
We will tattoo minors between the ages of 15 and 17 years old. However, you need to get a consent form from us (either pick it up at the shop, or we can email it to you, or you can download it here). Consent forms for minors must be notarized by the parent or person who has legal guardianship of the minor before services can be rendered. The parent or guardian must be present at all times while a minor is receiving the tattoo. On the day of your appointment, please bring the notarized form, the parent or guardian’s ID, and the minor’s ID. Also, an appointment should be made. |
Do you pierce minors? |
Tongue, Eyebrow & Nipple – 16 to 17 years old
Navel, Labret, and Lip – 15 to 17 years old
Minors must get a consent form from us (either pick it up at the shop, or we can email it to you, or you can download it here). Consent forms for minors must be notarized by the parent or person who has legal guardianship of the minor before services can be rendered. The parent or guardian must be present at all times while a minor is being pierced. On the day of your appointment, please bring the notarized form, the parent or guardian’s ID, and the minor’s ID. Also, an appointment should be made. Ears – Call for ages – It depends on the part of the ear. A form does not need to be notarized. Call for an appointment.

How much are tattoos? |
It depends on the tattoo and which artist is doing the tattoo. Prices can vary by size, intricacy, black and gray shading vs. color, partial color vs. full color, and/or placement on body. |
Do you sell gift certificates? |
Yes. You can purchase gift certificates for any amount you prefer. |
Do you sell tattoo aftercare products? |
Yes. We sell Tattoo Goo Salve for $6 to put on your tattoo while it is healing. We also sell a Tattoo Amplify and Boost Spray to bring out the colors after it is healed for $12. |
Do you sell jewelry? |
Yes. We have several options in our display case and we have catalogs you can order from. |
